Middle School: grades 6th - 8th

The HOOS Clinic is a 2 hour session, "open" level clinic designed for middle school and lower school players that are looking to improve, learn, have some fun and get to a glimpse of The Virginia Lacrosse Experience.

​

This camp integrates the Virginia Lacrosse coaches and players working hand in hand with the next generation of the game. Focuses will include skills, concept development, drills and forms of game-play. Additionally, there will be specific goalie training with our very own UVA Coach/Pro player, Kady Glynn.

​

Our goal is to provide an upbeat camp environment where players will learn about the game, improve their skills and have fun in the process.

​

Cost: $125 per player

General Schedule

Saturday

• 8:30am  Camper check in

• 9:00am -11:00am Session (Skills instruction, Drills and Games)

• 11:05am Clinic Close

Location

• UVA Lower Practice Turf or Indoor Practice Facility (Fields are next to each other and both are Field Turf - cleats recommended)

• Snacks and/or water bottles should be brought to the field on own. We will have water coolers on site to replenish.
